Once and your done
When we build your website we build it so you or one of your team members can handle the day to day. Once your site is set up the way you like it we show you how to update your site's homepage so you can offer limited time sales on products or services.
You will be able to add and edit article content on your site so you can give your customer base the information they need to make a purchase decision. With hands on training and video tutorials for future reference you will be able to handle almost any updating task without worrying about screwing anything up. If something does come undone, you'll know how to one click reinstall a backup version that reloads a working version.
Here's how our process works

Meet with a design consultant either virtually or in person to discuss general and specific ideas you want to work your website around. At this point we will also talk about your company colors, logo, services, and contact information. (estimated time: 1day)

From here we will build a lean version of our best interpretation of your desired site. This is a quick rough draft that will include the elements from step one as well as some filler text and images. The structural aspects of this step can be revised until you are happy with the look.

Next we will work with you to replace the filler text and images. We will divide your site up into manageable workflow sections and ask you for direct replacement text to each section as we work through together. We can also advise on marketing aspects of copy if need be.

Finally, we will double back to design and ensure that you are still happy with the completed site now. At this point minor design changes can be done as well as changes to the overall page structure of your website.

When you are completely satisfied with your site we will meet with you either virtually or in person to teach you how to update your site in a variety of ways including how to install a backup version in the rare case a screw comes loose. We will also include video tutorials for future reference you can check if you need a short refresher on how to update your site.
